WHAT DOES THE AIR PURIFIER DO?
It treats the air in your home or office by breaking down odor causing pollutants and filtering out air pollutants with its filters in its unique 6 stages of cleaning. The Air Purifier produces ozone and negative ions, the same effective agents that nature uses to treat outdoor air. It also uses a washable HEPA filter, Carbon filter, TiO 2 filter and UV light for up to six powerful stages of cleaning.
WHERE SHOULD I PLACE MY AIR PURIFIER?
For optimal treatment of air in your designated area, your air purification unit should be placed in a central location (higher is better). It can be set on a tall piece of furniture. Allow three inches between the back of your unit and the wall to allow proper air flow. The reason for elevated placement allows for better circulation.

HOW DOES NATURE PRODUCE OZONE?
Nature creates O3 as a natural air cleaner in a number of ways. Ozone is created electrically during active thunderstorms. The electrical discharge creates a fresh sweet smell. O3 sanitizes by breaking down odors, microorganisms and other pollutants at their source. The ultraviolet rays of the sun striking hydrocarbons in our atmosphere also create ozone.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF OZONE?
It is similar as to how nature cleans the air during a storm. Some people think it smells a little bit like what the air smells after a storm. It basically smells clean and sterile. So if you have a problem with odors, or smells that contaminates the air, it is a great solution to have your home or office quickly smelling fresh and clean.
IS OZONE SAFE?
Yes, but moderation is the key. Ozone is very high in concentrations can be irritated to mucous membranes and the respiratory system. It is recommended to set the O 3 dial properly and use when your home is unoccupied. Unused O 3 reverts back to O 2 in about an hour.

WHAT ARE NEGATIVE IONS?
Negative ions are oxygen atoms charged with an extra electron. They are created in nature by the effects of water, air, sunlight and the earth’s inherent radiation.

WHAT DO NEGATIVE IONS DO?
In high enough concentrations, anions purify the surrounding air of mold spores, pollen, pet dander, odors, cigarette smoke, bacteria, viruses, dust and other hazardous airborne particles. They do this by attaching to these positively charged particles in large numbers. This causes the germs, mold, pollen and other allergens to become too heavy to stay airborne.
At this point they drop to the floor or attach to a nearby surface. This removes them from the air you breathe and prevents them from causing respiratory problems, such as asthma and allergies.
